      I built a team of 5 developers and 1 business analyst, coached them and with them, I deployed, from the ground up Salesforce for the sales, service and marketing teams. We migrated all the sales teams from a legacy system to Sales Cloud and all the service teams to Service Cloud. Under my leadership, our Marketing Cloud journeys and automation grew in size and in sophistication. I initiated and oversaw the integration of the entire Frontiers platform with Salesforce, resulting in millions of records getting synchronised with Salesforce in real-time, thus providing our Salesforce users with a 360º view of our customer profiles and activities. I led several high value projects around the Salesforce platform. My tireless efforts to help users transition from legacy systems and processes to Salesforce was critical to the success of the Salesforce implementations and to the rapid growth of the company.
