  Duties and responsibilities as a procurement officer are:1. Handle control of supplier problems which must maintain the production process while maintaining control of parts supplied from suppliers to in-house2. Issue PO and RR payments for tooling as a company investment3. Control evert parts that are experiencing supply constraints from the maker and take care not to stop production 4. Always negotiate each project for the supplier's proposed price 5. Carry out a mapping strategy for projects for suppliers who are able to accept new projects6. Always make a cost down strategy to all suppliers7. Helping suppliers with difficulties in any problem as a liaison to the related department8. Control Delivery supplier to avoid stop production in line9. Propose to management every changes price include changes price every quarter to follow exchange rate10. Negotiate price from supplier if supplier propose adjustment price up and control price raw material in global.11. Visit audit with other department to make sure part development according to drawing parts.12. Always communication with mother company (Suzuki Motor Corporation) in Japan every change shape part, drawing, process and any change about part.13. Use Oracle software to register every changes price and make sure part number already exist in I-BOM System14. Always check and read drawing for conformity between drawings and parts15. Estimation cost from drawing calculation for basic negotiation to supplier16.
