  I lead the Centre of Engineering Excellence within the Software Success department. We are a small team of highly skilled professionals.We created professional education and mentoring programs and a system of reviews. We built up a network of lead engineers and a solid engineering strategy which guides the engineering aspects of the daily work of the department. This resulted in a predictable and high quality product delivery.As a member of the Product Development Leadership, I participate in the goal and direction setting of the Product Development organization. We created large parts of Archicad, the flagship product of our company. We built a cohesive team with the Senior Team Leaders and the Principal Engineer.
