      My attendance at the University of Northampton was an opportunity to extend my management experience. It also developed on my exposure to contract management as well as my City and Guilds in management and the leadership training that I undertook whilst attending staff college. My studies have encompassed investigating change management within the NHS and I have been fortunate through this process to interview and garner opinion from national leadership to newest clinical providers.
