  I started serving as Regional Asset Protection Manager in 2014. Here, I led the establishment of the Asset Protection department from ground up while, reporting directly to VP of the company. I also extended business and operational reach; consequently, supporting 5 regions and 400 locations across 10 states. Moreover, I handled and directed multi-disciplinary teams comprising regional investigators and field managers; and directed Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and ecommerce investigations to employ loss prevention programs and curtail business losses.
