Heading, directly and indirectly, a team of 55 Global Account Managers, I redesigned multi-regional trade and service policies to accomodate requirements of the company's 50 largest B2B clients. Signed or initiated strategic frame agreements with customers at C-level, leading to USD +50 Mil sales over the period.
