      Incepted and rolled-out Panasonic's first B2B global account policy. Heading, directly and indirectly, a team of 55 Global Account Managers, I redesigned multi-regional trade and service policies to accomodate requirements of the company's 50 largest B2B clients. Signed or initiated strategic frame agreements with customers at C-level, leading to USD +50 Mil sales over the period. Initiated the first complex product solutions outside Japan, such as payment terminals, access control, smart building for opportunities of USD 20 Mil.
