Placed with the St. Mary’s Men’s Basketball team, role consists of prophylactic taping for games and practices along with post-game management. Aided in preseason baseline testing for all STMU athletes via SCAT 5, VOMS and Sway as well as assisted in game day set up and take down. This placement includes working at a private clinic which consists of working with an array of different patients of various demographics and skill sets; these include general population and athletes that vary in age.   Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine is an interdisciplinary team that consists of Certified Athletic Therapists, Massage Therapists and Chiropractors. The team works together to help the athletes in their rodeo and bull riding careers by providing pre-performance treatment, acute injury arena coverage, post-performance care and follow ups for rehabilitating injuries.
