  As the intern for the Chief of Staff and Director of Football Operations, I was charged with implementing efficient operations for the Division I FBS program, Massachusetts Football. This included tracking season expenses, totaling over $85,000, and ensuring proper communication between all departments – equipment, strength, sport medicine, coaches. I also coordinated the travel of 130+ athletes, staff, and administration throughout the season, including meals, hotel accommodations, transportation, and flight manifests.   Aid a senior lecturer in the education of 80+ students in topics surrounding sport law (negligence, risk management, contracts, etc). By facilitating class discussion and executing debates between students, we provide an immersive experience for students in the sport management program at UMass Amherst. Tasked with grading students assignments and exams as well, there was an opportunity to understand the full depth of teaching.   Assisted in the development, organization, and management of event operations at Buffalo Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher College. Hosting over 2000 fans daily, I was personally tasked with managing the fan experiences for them, including interactive games, vendors, an autograph tent, and VIP areas. By overseeing a Guest Services staff of 4+ each day, the fan experience area complied with safety regulations while also promoting an elite experience for the Bills Mafia. While also being on hand for any task outside of camp, such as Gatorade delivery runs and constructing fencing across campus, our team of 14 was able to deliver superior service to guests as well as the staff and players in the organization.
