      As Regional Vice President of Heritage and Community Service, I had the privilege of overseeing a range of initiatives, from educational programming to community service events and fundraising. Leading a team of dedicated members, my role involved coordinating multiple chapter groups and ensuring the success of international programs. It was an honor to be part of such meaningful work, and I'm proud of the impact we were able to make in the community. As the regional president of BBYO, I had the privilege of representing Manitoba at international events and overseeing various responsibilities. From organizing engaging programming to communicating with fellow officers, my role involved running conventions for over 200 students and much more. I am proud to say that my efforts resulted in significant growth for the region, with a remarkable increase of over 100%. It was an honor to breathe new life into the region and ensure its success. In my role as the Regional Secretary for BBYO, I took charge of several key responsibilities. From coordinating regional press releases and social media posts to strategic planning, I ensured that all tasks were executed to perfection. Additionally, I was responsible for keeping accurate minutes and overseeing changes to our governing documents.       As a sales attendant at Birchwood BMW, my primary role was to keep the lot organized and presentable. I worked closely with the staff to ensure that all vehicles are clean and ready for display. This involved cleaning and detailing the cars, as well as delivering them to customers when necessary. Communication was key in this role, as I constantly interacted with both staff and customers. I took great pride in my work and strove to provide exceptional customer service at all times. My role involved overseeing the Union's operations and meeting with various stakeholders such as government officials, university administrators, local businesses, and advocacy groups. I am proud to have traveled across Canada, advocating for student issues and sitting down with federal ministers to discuss change on a larger scale. I led a diverse team of four vice presidents and a board of student leaders from different faculties, backgrounds, and walks of life. My primary responsibility was to support and empower my team of 4 Vice Presidents, over 25 Board Members, and over 150 full and part-time staff to help them achieve their goals. My passion for supporting students and advocating for change is unwavering, and I am excited to continue making a difference in the community.
