  My time in Spain as an au pair was spent teaching and childminding. I first visited in April 2018 where I taught and helped within a few primary school classes, boosting my confidence and Spanish speaking skills. During the summer my role was to look after the child and also teach him science and English, whilst helping the family improve their English too. It was a great experience for me as I was immersed within the culture and language, and it made me become much more independent.

This included research, scripting, interviewing, planning, hosting and editing - all on audacity and Adobe audition.The podcast was all about Oban's history and heritage, which was very interesting to research. I learned a lot through this podcast about editing techniques, scripting and how to host to fit a specific target audience.
