  My job entails overseeing of all the branch activities which includes;loan processing,recruitments,portfolio management,recruitments,staff supervision,supervision of the site offices under the branch,e.t.c I worked as a credit officer where my job was to attend group meetings,recruit of clients,approve loans in groups,loan appraisals,training of clients on business issues and financial management,oversee the running of groups.I also supervised staff in the site office where i was based and managed the daily running of the office.
