Liaised with IT dept, senior management & end users to oversee UAT across different areas. Worked with end users to teach them how to carry out testing, created defect templates, triaged defects, lead regular ‘scrum of scrums’ & reported progress to management.Arena UpgradeLead tester on project to upgrade large application from SQL 2003 servers to SQL 2015. Created & executed complete suite of regression tests for huge number of modules, services & scheduled tasks on different environments to ensure they still worked on new servers. Introduced new staging environment meaning live defects occur far less often.TallymanLead QA responsible for testing integration of new revenue system. System developed by Experian but lot of work required to integrate with legacy systems. Required development of console app & use of SQL to create test data & query outputs.
