  I have managed a number of web based projects including an intranet on a share point platform, the redesign and redevelopment of the cipd website, websites for our Singapore, Middle East and Irish offices and pilot ecommerce projects. I worked with with external developers to implement private groups on our community platform (Telligent) and also with the business programme manager to scope out the ‘online’ implications of adopting a strategy around professions for the future. I oversaw a number of relationships with our development partners and in some instances was the main point of contact for them. Working with other internal stakeholders, I helped CIPD obtain the Disability Confident Employer status and the Time to Change Pledge.I oversaw the work of four project managers – all of whom work on business and IT projects.
