  Theta Service Partner was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between UNiQUARE Software, Consulting GmbH, an Austrian banking solutions provider and a team of veteran bankers who envisioned an efficient, comprehensive and value-adding credit system for banks.Since Theta’s incorporation, we have pioneered loan origination workflows, working with large banks in the ASEAN, Europe and U.S. regions, enhancing and improving loan origination processes to stay ahead of the market.I worked directly with the Founder where I designed, implemented and improved the company's end to end HR architecture from scratch, ranging from talent acquisition to employee retention. Exposed with diverse industry experience, I have delivered more than 50 BD pitches and project engagements as the project manager, module lead, and team member.Some of the notable projects include a transformation project with a diversified conglomerate with RM 10b+ revenue, top digital job design for Fortune 500 Energy Player, workforce planning for a Malaysian regulator, and designing performance management system for a state catalyst agency with RM 330b+ funding size.I had the opportunity to serve on Colleague Advisory Council representing APAC to drive One Korn Ferry (40 members selected from 1,500+ global nomination) where we engaged directly with Korn Ferry CEO to drive internal culture transformation.
