      I wore multiple hats at Atlas; overseeing both the QA and Support teams and acting as Head of Operations. My day to day work covered hands-on software testing and improving the test process for the team, systems administration during a changeover to Azure, creating a CRM system for the support team to collect / report on various metrics, salary benchmarking, writing code, hiring / training / managing staff, and helping to structure the company internally as it continued to grow.
