Continuing to innovate on FlexLogger as the product manager. Taking on a larger role steering the overall software strategy across multiple products at NI for all our electromechanical test customers. Working with stakeholders across all the business units and organizations to ensure we solve the most impactful challenges for a wide variety of users. Product manager for FlexLogger. Collaborating with users, developers, designers, researchers, solutions marketers, business development managers, offering managers, product managers, account managers, and many more to create a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product that aligns with NI's business objectives and impactful user opportunities. Product owner for FlexLogger. Serving as the voice of the customer and responsible for identifying and prioritizing the backlog of work to better address the needs of our users. I’m supported by an amazing development team, engineering manager, interaction designer, visual designer, and user researcher. Acting as a co-technical lead for a new, extensible framework to make time synchronization easy for client teams. Acting as an ambassador to ensure clients' needs are being met. Starting to take on the role of a team leader: acting as scrum master, owning feature development, mentoring interns and new team members, interviewing new hires, advocating for best practices (e.g. test-driven development), and managing our test and release processes. Honing my foundational software development skills. Working with a team of developers to enable accurate (< 1 microsecond), network-based synchronization on NI’s embedded, Real-Time Linux devices using C, C++ and Python. Driving the development and management of the team’s automated test infrastructure.
