      Leading inspiring and rewarding musical experiences for young people in Nottingham by embedding the principles of El Sistema and music making accessible to all. Delivered the music curriculum and created schemes of work for a range of schools, ages, group sizes and learning needs. Led individuals and orchestras for concerts and exams on Saturday mornings and facilitated the smooth running of events both within and outside of the UK. Assisted the teaching team at Nottingham Music Hub to deliver the music curriculum across schools in Nottingham City aiming to inspire and engage young people. Focusing on individual or small group support, as well as leading the woodwind section in after school orchestras.       Welsh Harp Award The Barclay School Jun 2010 I won this award for an outstanding contribution to the school's music department whilst studying there. As well as being involved in almost every ensemble the school ran, I also helped arrange, teach, and organise new activities. I am still involved with my secondary school's music department in the Barclay Community Big Band.
