Planned and coordinated majority of projects within client services group, and participated in enhancements that were both student facing and core infrastructure. Additional operational duties as Manager of Client Services included: overseeing technical support, development and procurement for the college’s PC infrastructure utilized by 1000+ staff and faculty members.
