  I am a songwriter and performer for the band 'dogworld', co-founded in Canberra, ACT 2021 - now based in Melbourne, VIC. My primary role within the group is Lead Guitarist and Lead/Backing Vocals - accompanied by Yasmine Hosseini (Vocals/ Rhythm Guitar), Jesse Dowley (Vocals/Bass), Ella Tinney (Vocals/Drums). dogworld has amassed a strong following within the ACT, NSW and VIC, and has performed at a myriad of reputable venues across the nation. The project has seen frequent recognition in Australian Media including: Rolling Stone AU/NZ, Triple J, Triple J Unearthed, PBS, Triple R, FBi Radio, Pilerats, Life Without Andy, as well as featured music videos on ABC's Rage Program. Recent singles, 'FISHSACK', '777', and 'DASHCAM', amassed international recognition through NME (UK), Anthony Fantano 'The Needle Drop' (USA), KEXP (USA), BBC Radio 6's Nabihah Iqbal (UK), and Apple Music Radio 1's Matt Wilkinson (UK).My duties within the band have also comprised of Co-Mixing/Production, Graphic Design, Social Media Content Generating, Merch Design, and Co-Managing. Managing of the project has involved liaising and working with venues, other artists, as well as industry professionals in Management, PR, Record Labels and Booking Agencies. In addition to this, I have been responsible for co-writing of 3 successful Grant Applications, invoicing processing and budgeting for the group's activities.2024 will mark a significant year for the band - releasing a 6-track EP with the group's most considered and sophisticated material yet. The debut EP 'RANGE' will be supported by a national PR campaign run by Australian company 'twntythree'; and will feature a suite of multimedia content by videographer Nikola Jokanovic. The EP was written and recorded over the course of 2023, was engineered/mixed by Jonathan Corcoran (sideway, Infidel Studios, Freezer, Dog Name), and mastered by Barry Grint (Air Studios London / King Krule, Paul McCartney, Dua Lipa, Oasis).
