      The Head of Operations is responsible for operational management of the crafts within Greenhouse and seeks collaboration with the operational leads of the GroupM agencies to optimize the operation within GroupM. His goals are to bring the crafts and agencies closer together, to ensure that agreement is reached and results are achieved at the process or project level. Within the crafts this leads to the adjustment of process flows for the benefit of cost efficiency/effectiveness and this must be in balance with the services that we offer our customers. He strives to continuously improve the quality of the output through short term optimization and longer term standardization/automation opportunities within the process range.The Head of Operations is involved with stakeholders in the field of craft specialisation, processes or tooling and has the mandate to make decisions to move the business forward.
