  Leading the IBM LA Design & Construction team, responsible for implementation of Agile spaces, managing fit-out of areas to receive customers, projects and construction in general at IBM Latin América locations, building infrastructure retrofit and other activites. Responsible for the project since the study phase until its final implementation ( design, bid, construction). Responsible for the Real Estate and Site Operation portfolio with more than 25 IBM locations, leading a team of 10 employees and 800 vendors. Working with suppliers executives in order to get best practices, expense reduction and continuous improvements. Responsible to manage IBM Brazil buildings maintenance, cleaning, cafeteria, gardening, employee transportation, copiers and also responsible for IBM Brasil Strategy and Lease contracts. Working with IBM Brazil Real Estate & Site Operations (RESO) Executive supporting him in all the subjects related to the area and helping the RESO Brazil team execute the job.
