    • North Hardin Water

      Jan 1997 - Jan 2004
      Operator

¬Along with five co-workers, we were in charge of four water well sites along with over 100 miles of water line. We performed tests on the water to ensure a safe and potable water source for 10,000 of North Hardin customers. We were the first to create a Preventative Maintenance program for all of our equipment with the help of our Manager Stanley Gore. I helped keep the system up to State and Federal guidelines that was immediately recognized by the TNRCC for cost effectiveness and safety, which we still stress today. Show less

      Jan 2004 - Jan 2005
      Lead Service Tech/Asst Branch Manager

My position serviced the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Latin America. Many major Pharmaceutical companies have moved to these places making them hotbeds for new and emerging technology. My job was to be on an active ready status for being sent there on a whims notice. Some for a repair while others involved customers who wanted to make a purchase and required onsite applications support. When at the Ft. Lauderdale Branch, I took care of the lab and hospital clients, which included Jackson Memorial, Miami Children’s Hospital and many other organizations. I was to supervise the daily routes of our four service reps and one installation tech. While there I added value to the company by instructing the field reps on the operation and maintenance of advanced water treatment equipment. This included PLC and DCS upload/download and basic control system troubleshooting along with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Show less
