Launched and led Cortland's New Development platform and Attiva brand (55+ active living) with $900M+ of total capitalizations across more than 4,600 units of residential homes. Led team of investment professionals with direct oversight for all underwriting, business planning, and asset management for firm's multifamily investment portfolio comprising 30,000+ units and more than $3 Billion of invested capital. Investment manager of a 2,900-unit multifamily investment portfolio for the firm, totaling approximately $250 Million in assets.
