  Posted at the Learning and People's Development department, I was able to help conceptualize, direct, film, and edit videos that the Organisation was planning. Some videos that I had done were training videos for the e-learning platform, workshop media videos, recruitment videos as well as corporate videos. As I was a media student posted at a Hospitality company, I did not have a mentor to guide me through the work that was needed to be done. With no one to turn to for help, I had learnt and adapted to different situations and problems independently. I had learnt a lot about communication and synergy when I was part of the team. Other than video editing and motion graphics, I was given the opportunity to do more like facilitating workshops and other activities that were not related to my job scope which allows me to expand my knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
