  I worked for a Landstar agent. For 3 years, I was doing inbound and outbound loads, whithin Mexico, US and Canada. I learned about 3rd party logistics, I would negotiate rates, did the track for all the loads assigned to me, as well as to coordinate bridge crosses. During those years, I taught/trained all of the new team members.
