  job details of ammonia plant :I Have been working in ammonia plant of Jamuna fertilizer company Ltd(an enter prise of BCIC) having capacity of 1078MTPD designed by process licensor HALDOR TOPSOE A /S of DENMARK and constructed by general contractor MITSUBISHI HEAVY industry Ltd of Japan. i have take active part in start-up and shutdown as an ammonia plant consists of following units:Ammonia front-end section :Reforming section :Reforming section consists hydrogenation & desulphurization(sulphur removal unit,Reforming & secondary reforming unit,HTS<S co-shift conversion unit,co2 removal (Benfield) unit methanation units.I know Start-up and shutdown operation by adjusting process parameters. CO2 Removal(MDEA)section :Removal co2 from process gas. have two turbine driven pumps.lean and semi-lean pump.related chemical MDEA with Anti foam dosing. Boiler feed water and de-aeraator feed water section :This section mainly two pumps.de-aerator and steam-durm.chemical dosing for Boiler feed water NH3PO4,NH4 NH3 steam generation d distribution system Compressor section :I am serving in Compressor section of ammonia plant. the Compressor section consists of natural gas compressor (NGC)process air Compressor (PAC)synthesis gas compressor (SGC)referigaration Compressor (ARC).I can Start-up and shutdown the Compressor independently. I can able to maintain the seal Oil & lube oil system vacuum system & related axillary equipment. Ammonia synthesis unit:this section consists High pressure synthesis loop.ammonia refrigeration loop and liquid ammonia storage system. I am able handle all king of problem and trouble shooting in theses loop.I can properly cool down and start-up of ammonia product pump.Ammonia plant all field side total parameter checking. checking al turbine abnormallyti . all motor checking Oil put. checking all vassal LG PG LT and adjusting local and Panel.   I Have been Working in Ammonia plant of Jamuna fertilizer company limited having capacity of 1078 MTPD desSolutio HALDOR TOPSOE A/S maintenance constructed by MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD, JAPAN.the plant is consist of natural gas condensate separation unit, hydrogenation & desulfurization section, primary & secondary reforming section, high temperature and low temperature co-shift conversion unit, methanation co2 Removal section (benfield section), terbine driven high pressure Compressor section (Natural gas compressor, process air Compressor, syn.Gas Compressor, ammonia refrigeration Compressor). ammonia synthesis & refrigeration section. purge gas recovery (hydrogen, nitrogen) unit,ammonia storing section, high pressure steam generation system (waste heat boilers),process condensates stripping section and perform the following duties. During this period I performed all local &control Panel operational job of ammonia plant. I have to operate all types of centrifugal Compressor steam tarbime,centrifugal reciprocating pumps, etc. including their auxiliaris.I also perfromed lube oil & seal oil established. my dutise and responsibilities during running condition to chech Compressor all parameters such as pressure temperature seal oil lube oil tank level, steam consumption, lubr oil temperature etc checked and recorded every two hours. also check lubr oil colour,nitrogen supply to oil reservoir & degsssing tank governor oil level, water circularion in cooler, oil circulation in bearing by flow glass,causing expansion, differential expantion of turbine, reservoir oil level, turbine supervison instrument (vibration, shaft shift phase angle etc.),quality of oil cheeked monthly by laboratory report. any haunting in LO, SO turbine inform to Section supervisor and Switch over to stand by unit for maintenance work.After maintenance work completion test run done and ready for operation. ammonia plant prepare Solution such as phosphate, hydrazine and ammonia doging Show less
