  Lingua International is a language school, but also a bit more. When I started it I wanted to create something that focuses simultaneously on language knowledge and interpersonal skills. Even as a fresh graduate I realised that people with great potential or outstanding professionals lack the skills to market themselves. So apart from teaching the actual rules of using a language, this company's goal is to develop people's awareness of their own skills, to improve communication abilities and to build stronger teams. Starting out small and cost-efficient, I developed several skills the most effective way possible: learning from my blunders and successes. So what is it that I do as a 'serial multitasker'?I sell. Meaning I listen to our partners and do my best to focus on their needs. I tailor offers and find the ways in which we can build a long-lasting, constructive relationship. I also manage google ads and facebook ads, and have learnt about SEO optimization.I tell our story. Meaning I helped build our website and I post on our facebook page. I design our promotional materials, making our voices heard. It's extremely important for people to feel the personality of the company they choose to work with.I manage. Meaning I try to listen to how work is going for all my teachers, to hear their complaints and joys and to make sure they find work fun and never lose enthusiasm.Most importantly: I listen and I talk. Meaning I try to be more than a teacher with a preset programme. I work hard on personalising all my classes, on making people think outside of the box. I research whatever my students are interested in, so that I can argue and debate with them. I try my best to make them enjoy their path to learning a new language and to transmit skills they can use in life, in general, regardless of what language they choose to express themselves.
