I did this by planning by week from end to end and making sure all areas of my life didn't get neglected.

      I worked with banks and businesses before insolvency to reduce costs. I was responsible for the day to day running of the office.       Data Processing Manager

      I am responsible for compiling offshore contractual tender requirements. Implementing and monitoring contractual obligations. The migration of work overseas: migration of work from the UK to the Philippines and Kuala Lumpur. I was solely responsible for the migration of work from the UK to Kuala Lumpur. Working along side the Offshore Vice President and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. I am currently remotely managing the offshore keying agency with 400+ operatives at peak times. I am also responsible for managing approx 200+ temporary resource and 3 permanent staff in our peak process window in the UK. I have a proven track record of improving production and lowering costs in some instances by 30%. Some of my responsibilities are associating over 3.6 million scripts to the correct pupils for the National Curriculum Tests, 100% accomplished and matched to the correct pupil. I'm also responsible for the capture of information from attendance registers, creating packets of work for the marker panel, item level mark capture of work, and keying and returning to school over 46,000 exceptions, my accomplishment is 100% sent to the correct school. My current role can be challenging, but also very interesting, I need to be able to accomplish multiple concurrent goals whilst making sure my team are delivering to cost and quality. I have won divisional awards for going the extra mile, and for the migration of work overseas, I have also won GEM awards for accountability, by taking ownership and full responsibility of my process areas, and motivational skills to ensure my team were treat fairly and consistently, thereby gaining their trust, respect and commitment to deliver.
