  In my role as Product Owner for the Android Core team of RTL+, I worked within a scaled-agile environment (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban), focusing on developing both the agile team and processes, cooperating closely with various teams including Development, UX, UI, Research, Data, and Commercial. Additionally, the Android Core team held overall responsibility for cross-functional Android App Foundation topics such as DevOps, as well as testing and deployment processes (Appium, Jira, GitHub). I also managed the releases for the RTL+ Android Mobile App and contributed to the successful launch of the app in August 2023. Show less
