      1. Payroll Management: - Supervise the entire payroll process. - Ensure the accuracy of payslips. - Design, develop, and deploy automated systems to optimize payroll management, reduce errors, and improve process efficiency. - Manage relationships with organizations (social and fiscal), including declarations, contributions, and certificates.2. Compensation Administration: - Lead and contribute to the development of compensation budgets and salary forecasts. - Develop and implement compensation policies aligned with the company’s overall strategy. - Handle salary increases, bonuses, and other components of compensation.3. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Use data analysis tools to provide detailed reports on payroll costs and compensation trends. - Develop dashboards and performance indicators using data analysis and data analytics tools.4. Compliance and Data Security: - Ensure compliance with legal regulations, collective agreements, and company agreements. - Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data. - Collaborate with internal and external audits related to compensation.5. HRIS Systems Management: - Oversee the use of HRIS (HRACCESS). - Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes through automation and digitalization.6. Advisory and Support: - Provide support to managers and employees on payroll and compensation-related matters.7.
