  After approximately twenty years of real estate experience, Mr. Tumlin became one of the founding members in Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in 2005 and subsequently merged with Lee & Associates in 2010 to better serve his clients’ needs with project marketing, tenant-representation, land assemblage, consulting, development, and management services, on both a local and national level.Mr. Tumlin was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in October 1995. The CCIM designation is awarded to professionals who have completed 240 hours of graduate level courses in financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, managing and marketing troubled assets, decision analysis, and negotiations. Additionally, Mr. Tumlin received the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in 1997.
