I also make sure that I am traveling the state with AGMs and specialsits to make sure we provide the best support possible. I further help with all the digital accounts to some extent and make sure samples are taken care of, custom publishing is done for Florida and all the AGMS in my territory have exactly what they need for success. My goal it to make sure they make their goals. Also keeping everyone together as a strong tight team. There is no I in Team and together we can do it and achieve more.
