  Designing and conducting research and engagement to reflect community voices back to decision-makers in local government, membership organisations, and the private sector. This includes in-depth consultation, stakeholder management, and engagement in a range of contexts, including urban design, healthcare, the arts, community facilities, and tourism. My role involved designing interview guides, surveys, workshops and communications plans, through to conducting research, analysis, report writing and presenting. I helped to deliver insightful, independent research for a range of clients, including Napier City Council, Hawke's Bay Tourism, Museums Aotearoa, Hastings District Council, Tōtara Health, and Hutt City Council.
