  Worked with participating schools in the Philadelphia and Chester, PA communities on implementing the Earth Force six step curriculum for youth led service learning projects. The goal of the projects being to improve their school and community environment. While building partnerships in the Chester community I quadrupled the number of students engaged in the Earth Force process and more than doubled the number of teachers using the process in their classrooms.

We serve approximately 100 individuals annually who at admission have met the minimum entrance criteria of a 6.0 reading and math grade level. Most of our students are 16 to 24 years of age, and have been out of school at least two years. What I did:- Lead program participants in both on and off site projects focusing on community improvement/support.- Build and manage relationships with both present and potential community partners.- Track and report on participant progress relating to work place readiness and skill attainment.
