      Working with my AP, we have instituted and sustained PBIS in our school t improve and educate the social and emotional needs of our students. With a dynamic committee, We have been wheeling and dealing interventions and rewards for our student's behaviors. Desegregating data, designing instruction, creating rewards, encouraging and acknowledging positive behaviors.
