  -Manage the Provider Services and Medical Management training for over 150 Health First employess on an annual basis. Including; planning, delivery, and follow-up.-Facilitate Health First training curriculum in a professional and engaging manor based on the learning styles of diverse audiences, to ensure retention and role mastery. -Review trainees at various milestones throughout their training, to assess their strengths and provide actionable feedback on their areas for development. This has lead to an average final assessment score of 99% at the completion of the training.-Consult with stakeholders within each department on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and develop relevant learning objectives. Resulting in a decreased ramp up time by 33.3% on average once trainees start in their role, and increased employee retention in each department.-Own the development and revision of training curriculum, to ensure alginment with industry standards and stakeholder’s quarterly goals.-Provide feedback to training coordinators monthly to identify process and personal areas for development, which allows for more effective and efficient training execution.-Maintain an open, clean, and safe learning environment, to ensure an optimal learning experience for all trainees.-Acitvely seek feedback from organizational leaders, in order to have continued impact and develop personally by seeking out learning opportunites that align with my areas for improvment.
