      Over the 5 years (2010 – 2015), in my role as CEO of Setanta College, I gained considerable experience managing a diverse, fast growing college. In this role, I successfully managed to build relationships with new customers domestically and internationally. I also worked with Enterprise Ireland on several projects in the UK and the USA, which included working closely with the British Embassy and University Deans in the UK. In Ireland I was responsible for managing working relationships and negotiating contracts with Institutes of Technologies (IoTs’), Education Training Boards (ETBs’), and International Governing bodies . This included negotiating contracts with Institutes of Technologies (IoTs’), Education Training Boards (ETBs’), National and International Governing bodies such as World Rugby, The Lions, GPA, IRUPA and Athletics Ireland.I was also a board member of The Higher Education Colleges Association (HECA) which is a lobby group whose membership is defined by the most influential private colleges in Ireland.Course design and development through to validation was managed by my team under my care.
