  In my most recent position, I managed the daily responsibilities of procuring, inventorying, and monitoring of FCC telecommunication equipment valued at $3MM on average monthly and used to for current infrastructure projects across the Florida market. I partnered with nine Project Team Managers to discuss the scope of each project to ensure proper materials are on site and available based on strict timelines. Additionally, I served as the Interim Logistics Manager for the region providing leadership and guidance to teams in the absence of the Manager.A few key highlights while in this role included: • Instrumental in restructuring and organizing the company's largest material facility.
