As an Advisory Board Member, I work for the Community Impact Loan Fund (CILF), which is a certified Community Development Financial Institution with a portfolio comprised of loans for housing, community and economic development. CILF also has the opportunity to lend to asset classes such as non-SBA small businesses, health care facilities, New Market Tax Credit leveraged loans, predevelopment loans for affordable housing projects, construction or bridge financing for affordable housing projects and historic rehabs, as well as exit on General Partner and Low‐Income Housing Tax Credit projects. I also work for NDC as a Program Administrator Contractor. My role is to: 1) establish controls to ensure systems and personnel are in sync with management objectives and contractual obligations; 2) build simplified workflow processes, develop grant underwriting procedures and create quality control instructions for programs and; 3) effectively deliver results and assume personal responsibility for closing out grants and programs.
