CILF also has the opportunity to lend to asset classes such as non-SBA small businesses, health care facilities, New Market Tax Credit leveraged loans, predevelopment loans for affordable housing projects, construction or bridge financing for affordable housing projects and historic rehabs, as well as exit on General Partner and Low‐Income Housing Tax Credit projects.
