  EMAAR Ocean Front Panorama Tower ProjectThe project consists of Tall Tower includes 2 basements + Lower Ground + Ground Floor + Podium-1 to 6, Amenities floor + Mechanical Floors + 38 Levels & Roof. The installation capacity of VRF Air-conditioning system is 6000 TR. The building has fire protection system covered by fire sprinklers, Landing valves, fire hydrants, fire blankets and fire hose cabinets. The Tower also include Lobby pressurization, smoke management and stair pressurization system through motorized dampers which are controlling by BMS. The building and infra has fire protection system covered by fire sprinklers, Landing valves, fire hydrants and fire hose cabinets. These towers also include smoke management and stair pressurization system through motorized dampers which are controlling by BMS.
