      I managed all cash projects, totaling 1.5 million USD, implemented using funds from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Development.       Managing the Economic Security unit programs in response to the Amhara conflict. Ensuring the delivery of humanitarian assistance to conflict victims across the Amhara and Afar regions. leading in designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring emergency and livelihood responses, encompassing food and essential household items (EHI) distribution, Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA), Micro Economic Initiatives, Agro, and livestock projects.Key Responsibilities:- Context Understanding: Develop a clear understanding of the context and conduct comprehensive situational analyses with a particular focus on Priority Zones.- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies arising from the Amhara conflict, ensuring a rapid and effective intervention process. Based in YAN, I provide strategic oversight to EcoSec Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA) programs across 10 sub-offices. My key responsibilities include:-Comprehensive situational analysis of the Area of Responsibility (AoR), with a special focus on priority zones, markets, and modalities.-Adaptation of existing Cash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to new operational priorities, facilitating SOP alignment across various ICRC units. (Protection and health)-Supervision and management of cash program design, planning, and implementation, ensuring effective coordination with Logistics and Finance units.-Conduct Cash Feasibility Assessments, refining tools, and conducting market assessments for potential systems.-Assessment of Financial Service Providers' capacities and contracting those aligning with CVA guidance.-Establishment of a robust Market Monitoring system, ensuring accurate monitoring reports and summaries.-Guidance on Encashment Monitoring, Outcome Monitoring, and support for remote monitoring aligned with strategic orientations.-Coordination and networking with the Cash Working Group and other stakeholders.-Collaboration with Myanmar Red Cross focal points, assessing branch capacities, and proposing strategies for building MRCS capacity in cash programs.-Produce Quarterly Reports, Plan for Results (PFR), Meal reports, and Programmatic Financial Reports.
