  CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - VISUAL ANALYTICS• Analyzed the flight data for owners (NetJets customer) to understand their flying pattern, choice of plane, hotspots and provided sales executives with a Tableau dashboard which tells the story of every owner flying NetJets• Collaborated with diverse teams to develop a solution for Business users to ingest their insights into tableau dashboard by integrating technologies like SharePoint, Tableau and Data Vault• Understood NetJets data and perform data manipulation using SAS enterprise guide for various projects• Designed a dashboard to track and analyze scheduling tool which includes donut chart, interactive functionality, viz in tooltip and bar chart. It helped to detect duplicates, failures and reduced load on the system.• Developed the Tableau landing page which links to all the dashboard used at NetJets.   Team: Crew and Safety Analysis• Created an algorithm to tactically allocate slots for overtime duty for crew members and developed an optimization model to identify crews to ask for overtime duty to meet the daily crewing targets and minimize cost. Improved the existing process of awarding overtime by automating processes which saved approx. 10 hrs. of manual work per day• To tackle existing crisis of reduced commercial airline capacity due to COVID-19, finalized a set of 30 airports locations (crew hubs). Using IBM ILOG CPLEX optimizer, provided most optimized crews paired together to start their duty from these selected airports.• Award work schedules to crew members based on seniority• Visualized and analyzed data to obtain crewing outlook that empowered leadership team with data to make apt decisions about crewing with respect to recent increased demand.• Built a dashboard which allows NetJets to contact/track crew members on duty in case of an emergency.Team: CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - VISUAL ANALYTICS• Created a dashboard template via multiple brainstorming sessions with team members.
