  CYTA SRAN & MW Modernization Project:• I was involved in swap process, creating parameter and neighbor scripts for the swapped sites.• I was responsible for the parameter and neighbor scripts for the new sites in the network, including frequency and scrambling code planning.• Cluster optimization based on KPI's that did not reach the target after the swap (2G and 3G optimization).• Customer complaint analysis and drive test analysis for some clusters.• Parameter consistency check for the BSC’s• I ran neighbor audit and correcting the wrong neighbor definition, adding and removing neighbors. Show less Slovenia SRAN Swap Project: On this project I was involved in the swap process, creation and implementation of scripts for swapped and new integrated sites (2G and 3G scripts for NBRs addition and correction of scripts). Consistency checks and correction for the neighbor adjacencies parameters in the network.My main tasks consisted of performing and analyzing drive test data, before and after swap for each cluster, and to perform optimization on the KPI’s and the coverage of the sites. This action included parameter and hardware (Tilt, azimuth) changes in the network and also testing after the changes to evaluate the performance. Also involved in preparing the acceptance reports for the clusters finished. Tools used: U2000, PRS, GENEX Assistant, GENEX Probe. Performed NBRs optimization periodically at network level (added missing NBRs and removed unnecessary ones). Tools used: OMStar. Studied UMTS Intra-Frequency Neighboring Cell Optimization for a better understanding.Daily Site Performance reports that implies providing reports to the customer with the performance of the cells swapped daily.   Budget Coordinator (Network Planning Engineer)

  As a network planning engineer the main focus of the position is to plan, review and track the network projects in all the budget cycles from the local OpCo perspective. It ensures the consistency among the plans the markets have to deliver.
