      Provide commissioning leadership to the CCG and support to Clinical Leads in the delivery of the Boroughs Locality Plan for Devolution Manchester. The post holder will jointly lead the implementation of Adult Commissioning Program working closely with Rochdale Borough Council to ensure the delivery of shared strategic intent.
