  Worked in Munition Maintenance field on Okinawa, Japan and at George AFB, California. Duties included but not limited to deliver, store and warehouse muntions, test/maintenance/build missiles, inventory and expenditures. I managed a crew during a readiness exercise. Three teams had to simulate downloading and uploading our munitions to go to the flight line in a timely manner. My team completed the task and we claimed the title for the fastest and safest response time. I also held the record for the fastest download/upload for a 25 foot trailer maintaining all safety precautions. Show less

  -Test and Implement Applications, provide technical support for applications such as Lenel OnGuard, Kronos WFC Timekeeping and Kronos Advanced Scheduler.-I was tasked with creating reports using Reporting Services to view historical data to meet our Vax/VMS decommission project on budget.-I work in SQL Oracle Developer to modify/customize an existing Kronos report to meet our needs. I also use it to troubleshoot reported issues for example who deleted an employee from Kronos. I was able to report to the Payroll Manager who deleted the employee and when it happened. -I worked alongside of our database team to build in more security for Access Databases. We upgraded all Access Databases from 95 to 2003 giving them a SQL backend. -We created a team of individuals from different areas of the hospital and worked together to build and Implement Workforce Advanced Scheduler 6.3. We now have two hospitals using Advanced Scheduler.-I am the primary support for Kronos WFC and I maintain Kronos WFC Suite, install service packs, research and report issues to support and work with vendor to implement upgrades. I download and install licenses, and use Record Manager to copy setup data between test, prod and train, and copy data to archive and purge from prod. Training, Payroll and I built a train environment with fake employee names but used the setup data from prod. This allowed our employees to do hands on learning for timekeeping and scheduling without seeing live data. We worked with our DBA to setup a 2 Step Refresh that wipes away any changes made to the training environment during class and then replaces the punches and pay codes back into the timecards for the next class.-I work with Workforce Device Manager to setup and configure devices. We upgraded to all InTouch devices and I am responsible for troubleshooting, firmware upgrades and replacing devices when necessary. Show less
