      Outstanding Leadership Branch Commanders Commendation Oct 2015 Branch Commanders Commendation awarded to me for a leading a team of forensic investigators in the successful examination of a rape scene, which identified a male who was responsible for raping an elderly lady while she slept in her bed. The male received a tariff of 18 years.

      Outstanding Leadership Divisional Commander's Commendation Feb 2015 Divisional Commanders Commendation awarded to me for leading a team of forensic investigators in the successful examination of multiple crime scenes, which lead to the identity of a murderer, resulting in his 15 year incarceration.

      Outstanding Leadership Divisional Commanders Commendation Jun 2014 Divisional Commanders Commendation awarded to me for leading a team of forensic investigators and forensic scientists in the successful examination of a complex attempted murder scene involving a multitude of forensic disciplines. Attention to detail and thourough management lead to the arrest and incarceration of six individuals resulting in a total tariff of 130 years.

      Outstanding Leadership Key Forensic Services Aug 2010 Award received for outstanding leadership presented by Key Forensic Services for managing a project tackling serious crime. It involved setting up a task force of CSIs to deal with pre cursor offences committed by organised crime groups covering the North West of England and the Netherlands. The project ran successfully for three years and paved the way to an organisational change where the processes devised by my team and I became common practice.
