  As the Mirrors & Cabinets lead product designer, the role requires visiting and working with far east suppliers to bring products to market for over 5 brands. A key achievement within this role was restructuring the product validation process and reducing the product development by over a month. Overseeing the entire design process, from creating concepts/briefs, developing product specification, CAD models and updating internal departments. Working with factories on new manufacturing process, FMEA, product testing and sample feedback until golden samples are ready for product photography. A critical responsibility is guaranteeing product validation including mechanical and electrical sign off which is then presented to the directors. Show less
