      1.Playing role of onshore delivery lead which includes being responsible for the project delivery from Onshore location2.Acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications and as a secondary point of escalation for any service delivery related issues3.Lead PMO meetings to review support delivery and plan upcoming initiatives.
