  Tutored a 6-year-old boy who had a learning disability and also was diagnosed with ADHD. I tutored him in the subjects of language and math. I would come up with different hands on activities for the classroom setting.When tutoring was done, we moved into the gym and worked on coordination, balance and strength exercises. I came up with my own program for him. Some activities we would do would be matching the beanbag color to the cones a few meters apart. I also would do sensory stimulating games such as catching different objects on a balance beam. Voir moins

  Supervised the 9-12 age group for children with ADHD, ADD and social skill deficits. Responsibilities included tracking progress on daily report cards, social skills training, leading sports and activities, assisting with academic tutoring, and behavior management. I was rehired and worked summer 2017 as well.

  Camp Director

  Worked at Star Bound Gymnastics Academy as a camp director for their summer recreational camp. I was the head counselor that assisted in chaperoning kids for inside and outdoor games, time in the gym, arts and crafts and lunch. We also took them to a community pool once a week for them to swim. I was in charge of overseeing that the camp ran smoothly and took care of proper paperwork.
