  Assisting Principal, Vice Principal, Section Heads and Teachers.Main Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Online Registration of IGCSE, O' & A' Level students for Cambridge International Examination (CAIE) through School Registration System (SRS). • Supervision of examination in accordance to the rules and regulation of UK exam boards and British Council Exams Quality Standards. • Responsible for providing exam resource material to students & teachers and providing other resources such as syllabus break ups, worksheets, assessments, papers etc. • Responsible for uploading & downloading data/result to CIEDIRECT (https://direct.cie.org.uk). • On the result day, distributing documentation to staff and dealing with queries from students, staff and parents. • Dealing with certification issues; applying for replacement of certificates and certifying statements• Preparing documents in MS Word from scratch or using predefined templates and form letters. Creating and maintaining files in Excel. Creating PowerPoint presentations. • Network Administration, hardware/software installation and trouble shooting.• Managing website (updating)• Managing social media pages.• Installation of ICT packages. • Preventative maintenance. • Emails checking and answering. • Operating Bio Matrix: downloading attendance data from attendance machine and keeping record of teacher’s attendance.
